The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee was a great perk, and the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. Plus, the resort was very clean.
The staff did not have an iPhone charger when I needed one, which was inconvenient. And while one member of the staff went out of their way to help me, other staff members seemed uninterested in helping.

Spotless hotel with accommodating employees that had night shift. Relaxing room for prior guest bed as expected. Marvellous location, walking distance to everywhere. Also - adjacent to Virginia, shopping, Hampton, Virginia. The property of choice in Newport News.

Everything was perfect, prime location close enough to the grounds as well as fun outdoor activities, attentive staff. Booked a room with a jetted tub. I had a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator. The location was convenient and stunning - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

This is surely the best brand-new hotel, polite and incredible staff, relaxing rooms. It's the first place where the staff were happy to help. The location is favourable, 1 miles from Norwegian Lady Statue. The main bar offers mixed drinks.
