The breakfast had a great variety of options and the food tasted really good. The location was stunning and the atmosphere in the lobby area was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and very informative. 🌟
The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee was a great perk, and the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. Plus, the resort was very clean.
The staff did not have an iPhone charger when I needed one, which was inconvenient.
And while one member of the staff went out of their way to help me, other staff members seemed uninterested in helping.
The hotel was spotless with accommodating employees working the night shift.

The location was marvelous, within walking distance to everything and adjacent to Virginia, shopping, and Hampton, Virginia.
The location was perfect, close to the activities and with helpful staff. The room had a jetted tub, a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. The location was convenient and within walking distance of everything I wanted to do.
The hotel is brand-new, with incredibly polite staff and relaxing rooms. the staff are happy to help, and the location is favorable, just 1 mile from the Norwegian Lady Statue. the main bar serves mixed drinks.
The restaurant's service was top-notch! Our room had two comfy beds and looked absolutely stunning. Overall, our experience here was fantastic. 🌟 the breakfast selection was delightful, offering delicious options like toast and cereal to choose from.
