The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee was a great perk, and the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. Plus, the resort was very clean.
The staff did not have an iPhone charger when I needed one, which was inconvenient. And while one member of the staff went out of their way to help me, other staff members seemed uninterested in helping.
